TEQUIPILA is a registered trademark in the OEPM whose use by third parties outside the property is strictly prohibited.

The use of the services of the store presupposes the adhesion to the General Purchase Conditions that are established in the same moment of the purchase order. It is convenient that the client reads these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.

The present general conditions will always be subject to the current regulations in each moment so if some term or condition was modified by the applicable regulation (both if that modification is temporal or permanent), the client always will have the rights recognized in the applicable regulation.

In case of contradiction between the provisions of the applicable regulations and the provisions of these general conditions, the provisions of the applicable regulations shall apply.


These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products of the On Line Shop through its website and / or sale through WhatsApp or Instagram / Facebook and both for the products available in the Shop section of the website, which products are available for immediate delivery, or for the TEQUIPILA BY YOU articles that are made to order. reserves the right to cancel a customer’s access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.


For security reasons, no purchases can be made for more than 1.000 € or with more than 20 items per order.


The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be a condition for the formalization of it, both in stock and made to order products.

Under no circumstances can payment be made later on. Payment by deferred procedures such as cash on delivery or transfer is not admitted.

Packaging: So that your hat arrives in perfect condition, we send it to you in a rigid cardboard box that protects it from any blow and is very useful for the conservation of your hat and to be able to transport it easily.

Shipping costs for up to 2 hats (with delivery to the same address and individually packed in a cardboard box with tissue paper)

The address indicated by the client may be a private home, a place of work or any other address. The billing address and the shipping address do not need to be the same.

Shipping for gifts and special requests:

It is possible to place an order and have it delivered directly as a gift to a third person. This option should be indicated during the process in our comments section. You can add any special requests and put the dedication you want us to put on a card in case it is a gift.

Impossibility of delivery:

In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.


Only changes or returns due to size, defective product or error in your order by Tequipila are allowed.

If it does not correspond to the size chosen, let us know (by email or whatsapp) and the courier company will pick it up at the same delivery address in the same conditions as you received it and you will receive one equal, if the stock makes it possible, at the same address for delivery and collection.

If it is not possible to send you the same article because of the stock, we will refund the amount of the order though the payment method it was used in the purchase.

Due to the special characteristics of our hats all products to be exchanged or returned must be properly packaged.

The changes do not have any cost.

Procedure to make the change:

Contact our Customer Service, through the e-mail and we will pick up the product/s at the delivery address you use in the order.


Our ribbons are never exactly the same, as they are handmade and it is impossible for them all to be the same. The ribbon models are based on the inks used, in no case will a change be admitted on the grounds that the ribbon is not exact to the image on the Web site.

If there are any incidents regarding its supply or if there are no products left in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products without stock will be reimbursed. will reimburse the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed.

The refund will be made by the same payment method with which the order was paid.

How long does it take for the item I have made to order?

Once the reservation is confirmed it will be delivered within 2 to 15 days depending on stock availability.

Can I return a made to order item?

You can only return them because of a mistake in the size or manufacturing defect.

Can I place more than one made to order purchase?
